1.At Foxys Deli and Cafe we really value your privacy as much as you do. Therefore, any information you provide us with will remain strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties for any reason. This will eliminate the risk of unwanted junk mail from arriving.

1.1 Foxy’s Deli Ltd make every attempt to keep any personal data you supply as safe and secure as possible. We adhere to the recommendations and principles in the Data Protection Act in the UK. We do not supply your personal details to any marketing organisations under any circumstances whatsoever. However, we reserve the right to provide third parties with your personal details in the event of criminal or civil disputes in order to help prevent our privacy system being used as a shelter for suspicious or poor conduct.

1.2 We make every attempt to ensure that your email address does not appear on the web site or in printed form. We have security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the limited information you provide, but due to the nature of the Internet we cannot guarantee that any information we receive or store electronically is totally secure.

Their shopping cart service links directly to a payment processor (Papal) - see below for their cookie and privacy policies. However, you may be prompted by the shopping cart software asking, if you want it to ‘remember’ your details in case of a return visit. This is similar to the auto complete system often provided by web browsers. You can choose to disable this option if you wish. The shopping cart software does not store your credit card details – only information for the purposes of sending you your completed order either physically or in the case of gift vouchers by download – for example name, address, contact number(s) and email.
